If the end user adds an address or domain to "Bad Senders" this does not work.
Provilegios of users without administrator access add email accounts or domains in bad senders, this blocking does not work.

Cause



The settings in the Control Center is not immediately reflected in the Scanner.


Solution



Have to wait 24 hours for Brightmail Control Center to begin to replicate the user preference settings in the Scanner.
