Computers with both Altiris Protect version 1.1.4 or earlier and Symantec Anti-Virus 10 reboot intermittently.

Environment



Protect 1.1.4 and below
Symantec Anti-Virus 10

Cause



The Protect filer driver and the Symantec AV driver conflict.

Solution



Upgrade to Protect 1.1.5.
