Issue



Exchange Servers are not listed in the Exchange Organization in the RMS Console in Control Compliance Suit 10.0 Data Collection, also Mail Enabled Groups and Administrative groups are not listed in Exchange Organization.

 


Environment



Product version: Control Compliance Suit 10.0

Operating System: Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition SP2

Product Snap-in: Bv-control for Microsoft Exchange


Cause



Issue occurs after upgrading to CCS10.0

Issue with Exchange credentials in the RMS Console.
 


Solution



Follow these steps to resolve issue:

  • Re-add the Exchange Credentials in the Credentials Database and click Done in the Rebuild of Organization Cache window.
  • Restart the RMS service Symantec RMS Process Manager
  • Relaunch RMS Console and you will be able to see the Exchange Servers and Mail Enabled groups.
