Problem
When installing the SWS and SWV agents via command line which has a directory name with the word "install" in it ("C:\Admin\Install\" or "C:\Admin\SW-post-install\" for example) for its %DIR_SETUP% variable, the SWS Agent is added to “Add/Remove Programs”, however, its service is not created and SWV is not installed.
Environment
SWS 6.1.x with XP SP3
Cause
Unknown at this time.
Solution
If the word "install" isn't used, then this problem is moot.
