When installing the SWS and SWV agents via command line which has a directory name with the word "install" in it ("C:\Admin\Install\" or "C:\Admin\SW-post-install\" for example) for its %DIR_SETUP% variable, the SWS Agent is added to “Add/Remove Programs”, however, its service is not created and SWV is not installed.
SWS 6.1.x with XP SP3
Unknown at this time.
If the word "install" isn't used, then this problem is moot.
SP4 SEVAgents fails to install when %DIR_SETUP% = "C:\Admin\SW-post-install\Symantec_WorkSpace_Suite_6.1_SP4"
