Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\GUID\GUID
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
*The GUID\GUID is a letter-number string of several possible results.
Backup Exec uses around 800 components that could be listed in the error message.

Cause
The registry key listed does not have the needed rights on the listed key.
Solution
A. Revert the registry to a previous backup or snapshot when the issue was not preset.
B. Manually edit the registry to add permission rights to the listed key. Rights may be needed on both the child and parent keys.
Backup Exec uses around 800 components that could be listed in the error message. If the issue has occurred, it is possible that multiple keys may need rights added.
Warning: Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor may prevent the operating system from functioning properly. Great care should be taken when making changes to a Windows registry. Registry modifications should only be carried-out by persons experienced in the use of the registry editor application. It is recommended that a complete backup of the registry and workstation be made prior to making any registry changes.
