Getting error while running a query to know the software installed on a remote machine
Getting error ""Enumerating all of the software on NMAXIMO not find the path of the network. BVNTProcessQuery: ObjectTypeInstalledSoftware (): Processing machine scope: Could not find the path of the network. The computer CAN NOT Be Contacted. Verify That the computer is running, connected to the network and not configured to block file and printer sharing"
Also received an error "XXXXX (Machine Name).Asegurese can not connect to this computer is in the network that has habilitada remota.y administration that both teams are running the Remote Registry service"
Control Compliance Suite installed on Windows 2003 standard server with service pack 2.
The remote registry service was stopped on the remote machine.
1) Open command prompt and check whether the remote machine is pingable.
2) Check the file and print sharing is blocked.
3) Open regedit and try connecting to the remote registry of the remote machine but received an error (Mentioned above)
4) Start the remote registry service on the remote machine to resolve the issue.
