You are in the process of building a Connector using the Symantec Scan Engine Java SDK package and need to know if Symantec Technical Support can assist you with this.


Solution



Whilst Symantec Technical Support can offer you assistance with the Scan Engine software itself (to be used with the connector being created), assistance with the creation or implementation of the connector, or queries/issues concerning the API, falls outside the scope of Symantec's Technical Support service.  We would suggest contacting your reseller, partner or Symantec account manager who may able to assist you further.
