When viewing the status of Backup Jobs on Encryption Management Server (previously PGP Universal Server), there are only 10 backup jobs displayed.
Symantec Encryption Management Server (SEMS) includes a feature that allows multiple backups to be saved. The default value is set to 5 backups, but can be increased. However, when a backup is performed and the maximum number of backups has been exceeded, the oldest backup will be cycled with the next oldest backup taking its place to make room for the newest backup being made.
To configure the number of backups to keep, click on the "Backup Location" button under System/Backups in the Encryption Management Server administrative interface.
There is no scroll bar to view all the backups and if more than 10 backups have been configured, the server will only display ten backups at one time. As a result of this behavior, SEMS may not display the most recent backups that were completed. In this case, click a column-sort heading such as Date to view additional backups that are available.
