Issue



When using the Manage Devices function in PGP Endpoint, the following error is displayed:

Manage Devices: could not fetch Sanctuary log. Error: 2, ErrorCode:0

This error is caused by a time difference between the server and the client. This occurs when a client and server have a time difference of more than 20 seconds. This issue applies to PGP Endpoint 4.3.1.

 


Solution



This issue is resolved by synchronizing the time of systems on the network. The timestamps of the systems on the network are compared based on the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
