Unable to Install PGP Universal Server utilizing HP iLO Management

Problem
When attempting to install the PGP Universal Server on an HP ProLiant Blade server using the HP iLO management technology, you may receive an error message similar to the following and installation is :
"The installer has tried to mount image #1 but cannot find it on the server."
Solution
Currently, installing the PGP Universal Server is not supported using the HP iLO management technology. To install the PGP Universal Server on a HP Proliant BL460c Blade Server, you must use an external CD-ROM with an HP Local I/O Crossover SUVI Cable to complete the server installation.
