Cannot connect to server: 65129 - PGP Endpoint

When installing the PGP Endpoint client software on a system, you receive the following error:
Cannot connect to server: 65129
This issue occurs when the public key file (sx-public.key) is not located in the same directory as the .msi installer file for the PGP Endpoint software.
|Note: This article applies to PGP Endpoint 4.3 and above running on Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, and Windows Vista.|
Confirm the sx-public.key file is in the same directory as the PGP Endpoint installation (.msi) file. The for sx-public.key is generally found in the c:\windows\system32 folder.
The key will automatically be placed into the directory where the installer file (.msi) is generated when you create a new push package.
To create a new installer, specify a directory and file name for the .msi, type the servers IP address and port, then click Import to specify the location of the public key to import. The public key (sx-public.key) file is included with the PGP Endpoint installer.
When installing the entire directory, it should be copied to a network share, USB drive, or external hard disk to ensure the public key is present when the PGP Endpoint installer (msi) is executed.
