This article details which messaging protocols can be use with PGP Mobile.

 


Solution




PGP Mobile allows you to encrypt, sign, or encrypt and sign an outgoing email message, as well as decrypt and verify incoming email messages on your Windows Mobile device.

 

Note: PGP Mobile supports encrypting email messages in version 9.10 of PGP Mobile.


PGP Mobile Email decodes all the encoding formats (Partition, PGP/MIME and S/MIME) generated by various clients:

  • Microsoft Exchange MAPI clients
  • Lotus Notes
  • Internet IMAP/POP clients
  • PGP Support Package for Blackberry Devices

Outgoing mail is encoded in PGP Partition and it can be read by various clients:

 

  • Microsoft Exchange MAPI clients
  • Lotus Notes
  • Internet IMAP/POP clients
  • PGP Support Package for Blackberry Devices
