This article details the support for PGP Endpoint on virtual machines.

PGP Endpoint is supported on the following virtual software:
- VMware Workstation
- VMware Server
- VMware ESX Server 3
- VMware ACE
- Microsoft Virtual PC 2007
- Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 R2
When using PGP Endpoint Application Control and PGP Endpoint Device Control, it is recommended that virtual server administrators capture performance results prior to deploying on virtual software in production environments. Since PGP Endpoint Servers performance is dependant on disk performance, using virtual software can affect reporting and application features.
