Smaller than Expected PGP Universal Server Backup Files

Problem
After upgrading and then performing a backup in PGP Universal Server 3.x, the backup file size is significantly smaller.
Solution
In PGP Universal Server 3.0, the backup files sizes are smaller due to not including a keyserver LDAP database in the backup and a more efficient cleanup of logs and metadata when compared to PGP Universal Server 2.x.
In PGP Universal Server 3.0, the keyserver LDAP database can be quickly rebuilt from Postgres which allows a smaller backup file and reduces the migration time of the server.
