Problem
When attempting to install PGP Mobile on your Windows Mobile device, you receive the error:
File cannot be installed because the file is not compatible
Solution
This error occurs on Windows Mobile devices using a Windows Mobile Standard version. PGP Mobile is supported on Windows Mobile Professional only. PGP Mobile is supported on the following operating systems and devices:
- Windows Mobile Professional Edition 6.0
- Windows Mobile Professional Edition 6.1
