Problem
The All Users page of the PGP Universal Server 3.x displays multiple entries for a single user.
Solution
This can occur when the PGP Universal Server contains two Consumer Groups which look for the same Active Directory attribute, thereby causing users in the group to have multiple entries in the All Users list on the Users page. This does not affect the application of policy of users in the group.
In PGP Universal Server 3.x, administrators can create Groups to sort a set of users and managed devices (consumers) that match specified criteria. You can sort consumers into groups manually, by user type, or by matching consumer attributes to domains, dictionary entries or through LDAP values.
