Incomplete hardware inventory due to invalid characters in Inv HW Logical Device data class

Problem
This problem may caused a few issues :-
- Computers will not show up in any reports uses results based off of the view vHWComputerSystem (All of the tables labeled vHW are actually views that join off the Logical Device data class)
such as Computer Summary, Memory Configuration by Computer, Computers by Serial Number and few others.
- On the Resource Manager, if you look at "Resource Summary", you cannot see the following:-
Identification tab
Hardware tab
Memory Module section showing Total memory = 0
- On the Resource Manager, View > Inventory > Hardware >
missing Processor
missing Chassis
missing Device
Environment
Inventory Solution 7.0 SP2 MR1, MR2, MR3
Inventory Solution 7.1.1043
Client OS = Chinese or Korean (double bytes OS)
Cause
Data in the Monitor information in the Inv_HW_Logical_Device (CLN HW Logical Devices) not properly formatted.
Solution
Copy the attached InvConfigSln.xml to all the managed computers having Inventory Solution installed.
Overwrite the existing InvConfigSln.xml present at “<install location>\Altiris Agent\Agents\Inventory Agent
Do a full hardware inventory scan
If this works, we attached sample job making use of Software Management Solution to do a mass deployment.

InvConfigSln - 7.1.zip is for 7.1
We anticipate that this fix will be included in MR4.
