Following copy at array level- one node lost vxconfigd upon being presented with diskgroup

Problem
Following copy at array level all 'vx' commands hang on one node of cfs cluster.
Error

Cause
The one node had the disk errors reported, which was reason for vxconfigd hang. There have been issues found with the base 5.1 release, that since have been addressed.
Solution
Upgrade to either 5.1RP2 or 5.lSP1
