Problem
Trying to install Inventory Solution 7.0 SP2 MR3 when IT Analytics for ServiceDesk is already installed results in an incompatibility warning in Symantec Installation Manager.
Cause
Defect.
Solution
This has been resolved with the latest version of IT Analytics for ServiceDesk, which is IT Analytics ServiceDesk Pack SP1 MR1. Install this update, then install Inventory Solution 7.0 SP2 MR3 afterwards.
