Monitor Plug-in fails to uninstall when installed in both global and local zones on Solaris 10

Problem
Monitor Plug-in fails to uninstall from local or global zones when the Monitor Plug-in is installed in both local and global zones on Solaris 10. If the Monitor Plug-in
is only installed in a single zone, it uninstalls successfully.
Error
uninstalllocal.txt
bash-3.00# ./aex-ms-uninstall
This will remove the Altiris Monitor Agent software from your system.
Are you sure you want to continue [Yy/Nn]? y
Removing Altiris Monitor Plug-in package from the system...
pkgrm: ERROR: ERROR: Unable to acquire package administration lock for this
system; try again later
pkgrm: ERROR: Unable to lock this zone for administration
Removal finished.
Uninstallation was successful.
uninstallglobal.txt
bash-3.00# ./aex-ms-uninstall
This will remove the Altiris Monitor Plug-in software from your system.

Cause
Monitor Plug-in is installed in both local and global zones on Solaris 10.
Solution
We are not officially supporting Solaris zones.
