Solution
What issue(s) does this hotfix resolve?
Archived items would remain in a 'pending' state because of a StorageFileWatch process failure. When this happened the event log contained the following error:
Source: Enterprise Vault Event ID: 13360 Level: Error Description: Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value '-1' to data type bit. The stored procedure uspu_SecuredAndInvalidSisParts is now being passed the correct Orphaned value (1 and no longer -1) This prevents the conversion errors previously seen.

How to Install this hotfix:
The hotfix needs to be installed on all Enterprise Vault Servers
1. Stop the Enterprise Vault Storage service
2. Backup the following file: StorageFileWatch.exe
3. Copy the hotfix file into the Enterprise Vault install folder
4. Start the Enterprise Vault Storage Service
How to Uninstall this hotfix:
1. Stop the Enterprise Vault Storage service
2. Replace the the StorageFileWatch.exe file with the backup copy (v9.0.1.1073)
3. Start the Enterprise Vault Storage Service
