System state backup of Domain Controller (DC) fails with error e000fe7d - Access Denied
Error
Job log will show the below error :-
e000fe7d - Access Denied
To back up or restore system state, Administrator privileges are required.

Environment
Windows 2003 R2 Domain Controller
WIndows 2008 Domain Controller
Cause
Error can occur on the resolution of the Primary DNS Suffix for the media server or remote server.
Solution
Change the Network logon account in Backup Exec console, to a simple DNS domain name
From: Domain.local\Administrator or Administrator
To: Domain\Administrator
