Not able to see the databases as Service account does not have admin priviledges.

Environment

NetBackup 7.1.0.3
Windows 2008 R2
Exchange 2010 DAG

Cause

The NetBackup Client service logon account does not have the necessary permissions to access the Exchange 2010 DAG using SYSTEM@NT AUTHORITY or LocalSystem account

Solution

Change the NetBackup client service logon account from LocalSystem to a Domain Administrator which is a member of the local administrator and Exchange 2010 Management role groups
