"LU1805: Liveupdate was unable to find any products to update".
There are no products on this computer that can be updated by LiveUpdate.

Solution

(1) Uninstall LiveUpdate version 3.3 or 3.4 from Add/Remove Programs.
(2) From the Windows Explorer, go to Folder Options and enable the option to "Show hidden files, folders & drives"
(3) Delete the folder "Live Update" from the location C:\Users\All Users\Symantec.

(4) Download and install LiveUpdate 3.3 for Symantec Enterprise products: www.symantec.com/techsupp/home_homeoffice/products/lu/lu/files.html
or Install LiveUpdate 3.4  ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/liveupdate/3.4/)

Note: Do not download LiveUpdate 3.5 as it is designed to function with Norton consumer products, not Enterprise products

(5) Go to the Control Panel and open "Symantec Live Update" and select "Interactive Mode".
(6) Open a Command Prompt and run the command "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\BeUpdateOps.exe -AddBE -OptOut" to re-register Backup Exec with Live Update.
(7) Launch Backup Exec and you will be able to see any pending hotfixes. Install everything until it shows "No updates are pending to install".
