The copy and paste options in the Recovery Point Browser on the Symantec Recovery Disk (SRD) are greyed out (Figure 1).

Solution



The workaround to this issue to access the command line and use xcopy or robocopy to copy data. To access the command line on the SRD, click on the 'Analyze' tab and then select 'Open Command Shell Window'.

Solution:

This issue in resolved in SP1 (10.0.1) of Symantec System Recovery (SSR) and SP4 (9.0.4) of Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR).
