Email messages restored successfully from Tape doesn't show in the mailbox when Agent for Virtual Infrastructure is used with Application Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) to backup to tape.

Problem
After successful backup of Exchange Database from a Virtual Machine (VM) using AVVI with Application GRT, restore of Exchange Mailbox Messages from tape is successfull, however, messages doesn't appear in the Mailbox.
Error
No error is reported as the restore job is successfull
Solution
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents at the end of this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
