If One User want to search in all users archived email then it is required to have permission to one users on all users archives. You can find that user name in the User Archives Property.

Advcaned Search :

In above example User “Administrator” have full permission on User “Shiva Kumar” Archives. It means Users “Administrator” is able to search Emails from “Shiva Kumar” Archives.

Using only “Browser Search” user are able to search on all users archives. In Browser Search window there is Option called “Vault” and in drop down list we are able to see the option “<All Vaults>”.

It means the user is able to perform the search on all users archives on which he has the permission.

Note : This Option is not available in the “Search Vault” (Searcho2k.asp) and in the “Advanced Search” .
