The error logs on the ServiceDesk 7.1 server are reporting Symantec.Workflow.Translation errors.


Symantec.Workflow.Translation errors


ServiceDesk 7.1 server authenticating to a SMP 7.0 server.


Incompatible version of the SMP plugin on the ServiceDesk server.


1) Go to the following directory - \Altiris\Workflow Designer\Shared\translation\

2) Rename the Symantec.Workflow.Translation.SmpPlugin.dll to something like Symantec.Workflow.translation.SmpPlugin.disabled
3) Restart the IIS
