Problem
Communication stalled due to crash in Backup Exec Server (BESERVER.EXEC) service during an Exchange 2003 backup to deduplication folder using GRT.
Error
Job status shows communication stalled.

Backup of Exchange 2003 using GRT to a deduplication folder.
Solution
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 2010 R3 release.
