The Backup Exec Job Engine Service (BENGINE.EXE) may terminate in catxml.dll during and Exchange GRT backup to tape or disk. This issue may occur after several successful Exchange backups.

Solution



WORKAROUND:

Stop the Backup Exec Services and rename the Backup Exec catalogs folder (C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Catalogs)
