Command metric doesn't support the path of the executable enclosed in the double quotes

Problem
The replication description of the issue is as follows:
1.In the command line metric, put value for the command line option as follows : “C:\Program Files\Altiris\ActiveMonitoring\Lockdown\SysLock.exe” /N:"SQL Server Authentication Mode" /D
2.Run the corresponding rule. Since the metric will fail to parse the command line value it will not return the result.
Expected result : Corresponding Compliance/NonCompliance result should be returned.
Actual result : No result is returned.
