Problem
Unable to use Mouse in a remote connection, unable to move mouse pointer
Connection is successful each time but mouse pointer does not move
Error
none
Environment
Windows XP, Win 2000
with Chinese Character encoding Big5
Firewall turned off, AntiVirus : Kaspersky
Cause
AntiVirus is Blocking PcAnwhere to function properly.
Solution
Customer should review antivirus settings.
- “ exclude TrustedApplication from checks “.
- add PcA to trusted applications and allow normal functioning.
