Problem
When upgrading from 6.1 SP4, appstreamcfg.txt file is not copied to the \launchserv\webapps\launchserv\new folder.
Solution
If you have never made changes to your Appstreamcfg.txt file, copy the Appstreamcfg.txt file from the \launserv\webapps\launserv\new\x64 folder and paste it in the \launserv\webapps\launserv\new\ folder.
If you have made changes to your Appstreamcfg.txt file, add the following parameters to the Appstreamcfg.txt file in the \launserv\webapps\launserv\new folder:
PROCESS_PACKAGE_DEPENDENCIES = true LICENSE_NOTIFY_ON_EXPIRY = true PrePopulation.FileAssociationsEnable = true
