Problem
The following messages are seen in the Client Trace after the sync fails:

If a Vault Cache Reset is performed, additional messages will be seen in the Client Trace:

HDR:SYNC:ARC: Synchronization failed (std::exception):A PSTCacheTreeNoFolderException exception occurred: PSTCacheTreeFolder does not exist for PVID
Environment
This may occur if delegate access is configured like the following scenario:
User 1 has delegate access to User 2's mailbox. User 1 has been assigned rights User 2's Subfolder 1 and Subfolder 2.
Inbox
- SubFolder 1
- SubFolder 2
If the rights to Subfolder 1 are removed, or the folder is deleted, but the rights are still assigned to Subfolder 2, the error will occur when performing a Vault Cache Sync for User 1.
Workaround:
If the folder structure still exists:
1. Reassign permission back to the folder they were removed from.
2. Remove permissions from the the SubFolder2. (Note: No data will be sync'ed from the folder structure, but the errors will no longer prevent the sync from completing)
If the folder structure no longer exists, there is no workaround at this time.
