Getting permission errors when installing the CommandCentral Storage (CCS) 5.1.2 update.

Problem
Unable to install the CCS 5.1.2 update because of permission errors.
Error

Cause
The user account performing the installation of the CCS 5.1.2 update does not have all the required permissions.
Solution
There is an option on a Windows 2008 server that is turned on by default which needs to be turned off. The option is called 'user account control'. Turn this option off.
