Problem
When running a task from DS for Dell of the type "Change iDRAC Credentials", the task will fail if the new credentials already exist on the target server. This might be because the target system has multiple user accounts set up already, and perhaps the user account exists, but is disabled.
Error
The task error message will display that the user account might already exists.
Environment
Deployment Solution 7.1
Deployment Solution for Dell Servers 7.1 SP1
Cause
Currently the iDRAC firmware does not have a method to remotely enable a disabled user. Due to this technical limitation the DS for Dell task could not change the enabled user account to an existing account name.
Solution
When the iDRAC firmware is updated to include new methods to enable a disabled account the "Change iDRAC Credentials" task type will be updated to enable the existing account.
