GRT enabled restore to an exchange setup with CAS hardware NLB fails with an error "Remote agent not found"

Solution

 Workaround for Backup Exec 2010:

Set physical server as RpcClientAccessServer instead of the virtual NLB for the restore purpose. Use the following command to set the RpcClientAccessServer:

“Set-MailboxDatabase <name of Database> -RpcClientAccessServer nameoftheCAS”

This issue has been fixed in Backup Exec 2012
