Cause
After customer add two new disks in primary node, customer didn't run scandisks in secondary node.So the disk information is not in VXVM.
Solution
After add two new disks in primary node, after find device from os layer, need run "vxdctl enable " or "vxdisk scandisks" on both nodes. Switch resource again, no error will occur.
