Problem
Data roll-ups are failing after restoring CCER and the ER Oracle database instance from a backup.

Environment
CCER running on Windows 2003 server.
Oracle database server is running on Solaris server.
CCER and ER Oracle database instance were restored from a backup after a failed upgrade from version 5.1 to 5.2.
Cause
The CCER sahara* users do not have the correct privileges to access the tables in the ER Oracle database instance.
Solution
The Oracle DBA has to grant the sahara* users the appropriate privileges to access the tables in the ER Oracle database instance.
