Problem
When a user runs an export job on a library within the SSO (SAN Shared Storage Option) environment, an error “The parameter is incorrect” may be seen
Error
"The parameter is incorrect." as shown in the following figure:
Cause
The Control Path Failover (CPF) feature on some libraries may require unlocks (prevent allow media removal) from all servers on the SAN within the SSO environment before an export job can run correctly.
Solution
The work around is to run unlock job on all servers before exporting or make the permanent registry changes shown in the following TechNote:
