Problem
Select the correct Device Driver Installer (DDI) based on your installed build of Backup Exec 2010.
Solution
For:
- Backup Exec 2010 R3 (including Service Packs), build 5204 users:
Device Driver Installer version 20111215 is the latest DDI available.

- Backup Exec 2010 R2 (including Service Packs), build 4164 users:
Device Driver Installer version 20110315 is the last DDI available.

- Backup Exec 2010, build 2896 (R1) users:
Device Driver Installer version 20100515 is the last DDI available.

Your device may require that you download and install a DDI, but it is RECOMMENDED that the latest DDI is always used. If a new DDI is utilized, it is required that Intelligent Disaster Recovery users regenerate the IDR boot media.
