GE client has detected that another session is running.

GE version 9.5.3 SP2. It is a fresh install, issue happening since the installation.
There are no functional issues, but this message appears everytime the machines boots up to the desktop.
Also in task manager, under processess tab, we would see EAFRCliStart.exe appear twice.
Once we click "ok" on the warning message, one of the EAFRCliStart.exe process would end automatically
"GuardianEdge Client has detected that another session is running. The program cannot be run in multiple sessions. If you want to continue to use the program, please switch to the session in which GuardianEdge Client was originally started."
Uninstalling and reinstall the software fixes the issue. However you can make sure that user is not entering a special character, the @ sign(for example email@example.com in the user name field) along with his user name during the Pre-Boot Authentication.Unregister and re-registering the user is also worth a try.
