Problem
In Symantec System Recovery 2011 Management Solution console, the Manage Task tab displays a SilverLight error
Cause
This issue occurs if the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Activation component is not installed while installing Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1. It is necessary to install the WCF Activation component for SilverLight to work correctly.
Solution
Install the WFC Activation component.
