Unable to delete items using the “Delete” key when “Disconnected Mode” in Outlook.

Problem
When Outlook user is in "Disconnected Mode" the user will not be able to delete items using the "Delete" key.
Error
"This operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again if the problem persists, reinstall Outlook"
Solution
This issue has been resolved in the following releases:
Enterprise Vault 9.0.3
Enterprise Vault 10.0.1

Workaround:
Highlight an item - Right click - Choose "Delete" or Use the delete button on the Outlook toolbar.
