Problem
When deploying a Windows 7 image that has been sysprepped the error, " cannot process unattend file '. is displayed
Error
When using an unattend file that contains two Wins addresses the message below is displayed: "Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer. "
Environment
DS 7.1 DS 7.1 sp1 SMP 7.1 Client systems have two Wins addresses
Cause
The unattend file created by DS 7.1 labels the second Wins address with the same number - in this case the #1 - as the first. Because both entries are using the same label the unattend file can't be read
Solution
Workaround(s): Disable Wins or ensure that only Wins address is specified for each client system Resolution: This issue is resolved in DS 7.1 MR4 and ITMS_SP1 (due middle of second quarter 2011)
