Problem
The PureDisk Filesystem Service is crashing during GRT enabled backups to the Backup Exec Deduplication device.
Cause
This may occur over time after several GRT enabled backups to the Deduplication device has been completed. The larger the backups are the sooner this problem can happen. The determining factor is that after PureDisk Filesystem process has accumulated a cache hit of more than 50 000 directory entries.
