Problem
Can we report on SQL Server 2008 from Bv Control for SQL Server version 8.6?
Solution
Bv Control for SQL Server version 8.6 doesn't support reporting on SQL Server 2008. Bv Control for SQL Server version 10.0 which is part of Control Compliance Suite (CCS version 10.0) - Data Collection module has the capability of reporting against SQL Server 2008 but it doesn't support the Audtiting feature, so Audit data reporting queries won't work and SQL Server 2008 can't be configured as a target SQL Server for Auditing.
