Problem
Remote PST entry is removed from the mailbox profile when Outlook in Disconnect mode.
Error
"Removing PST profile entry for -PSTFileName.pst, as the file has been deleted"
Cause
When Desktop Policy setting "RemovePSTEntries" is set to 1, 3 or 7 ("Remove entry if PST has been deleted") and has a remote PST added in Outlook profile then the EV Client will remove the remote PST entry from the Outlook profile when Outlook is launched in "Disconnected" mode. This is due to file attributes validation process fail to locate the PST.
Solution
Workaround:
Set Desktop Policy setting "RemovePSTEntries" value to 2 (Remove entry if PST is set to read-only), 4 (Remove entry if PST is hidden.) or 6 (Remove entry if PST is set to read-only or hidden.)
