Problem



When attempting to restore a Sybase database backup with the NetBackup agent for Sybase, the following
error is received:   - BSAQueryObject() failed with error - No object matched the specified predicate 

 

 


Error



$ /usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/sybase/scripts/sybase_mydb_restore

/sybase15/bin/isql -Uxxxxxxxx -Pxxxxxxxx -I/sybase15/interfaces -SSYB123ABC
        < /usr/openv/netbackup/ext/db_ext/sybase/scripts/sybase_mydb_load
Backup Server session id is:  103.  Use this value when executing the 'sp_volchanged'
   system stored procedure after fulfilling any volume change request from the Backup Server.

Cause



The time differential between the NetBackup Master server and the target Sybase client must
be no more than +/- 24 hours.

 

 


Solution



Correct the date and time on the target Sybase client.
